We are an international company with offices in the Netherlands, Romania, and Ukraine. For our Kyiv office, we are looking to hire multiple Junior IT Researcher.

With Covid still, here most of our customers are looking locally in the Netherlands to grow their tech teams. What we see is there are not enough candidates available and eventually our customers will need to look outside "the Netherlands".

What you will do:
- Sourcing a candidate based on the requirement you are allocated to
- Market research on allocated positions
- Market research on technology specialisms like Java or scala
- Candidate sourcing
- Engaging with selected candidates
- Convincing candidates to respond and apply to positions
- Recruitment marketing and automation will be part of your daily tasks
- The role is very diverse and challenging, but along with our support and training, you will be able to source and win new business with confidence.

What we require:
- Fluency in English is a MUST;
- Bachelor degree is a plus
- Live in or close to Kyiv
- Commitment of 2 years to complete the growth process
- Startup mentality
- Communicative, Passion to succeed, Openminded
- You are highly motivated to achieve bonus and commissions
