The Role:
We're in search of experienced Developer Operations Engineers to bolster our team in enhancing the quality, reliability, and performance of our platform. Working in a highly complex capital markets sector, you'll collaborate with our engineering and business teams to meet internal and external infrastructure needs effectively. Core Responsibilities:
- Gather data, plan, and execute infrastructure-based initiatives to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Create comprehensive documentation for various infrastructure requirements.
- Collaborate on problem-solving efforts that impact customers.
- Define deployment hierarchies for features in conjunction with developers.
- Research to enhance deployed environments and their resilience.
- Contribute actively to an Infrastructure as Code environment's growth.
- Fulfill On-call responsibilities.
- Facilitate clear communication and ownership of initiatives with business and engineering teams.

Preferred Experience:
- Proficiency in Linux, Kubernetes, and cloud environments.
- Setting up networking infrastructure (e.g., VPNs, LBs).
- Experience with GCP, Terraform, Helm, and CI/CD tools.
- Familiarity with capital markets infrastructure and trading ecosystems.
- Understanding of equity, fixed income, and derivatives products.
- Experience in startup environments and developing Monitoring and Triaging solutions.
